Its two different companies. IGG owns US version of wlo and the other company (vector was it?) owns Japanese Version of Wlo so how would it effect the US version?

Yes I know they are two different companies, but all IGG does is translate it into English. Nothing more to translate means that they have to actually do work to create parts of the game.
