Should try spreading the word about this event on other servers, and hope some people could take the initiative and host these kind of events on those servers.

Not sure how many people will be participating. I'm hoping at least 10. A lot of people are excited about it, but no telling if they will actually show up. We decided not to take a registration until the event happens simply because things come up and sometimes people forget.
