The seven coloured keys/boxes is for getting the Turtle Car OR Motorbike design. This is a quest based guide and does not cost any real life money to complete. The Purple Key is not free to get as you can only get them from IM events or packs. That is why the Gold/Purple Keys and Boxes are not included in this guide. Hope that clears it up for you. (:
