Kitty You can Try downloading on Torrent my Dad bought me a Full Suite but when my laptop broke I just downloaded from torrent they also provide cracks that lets you use it for free and yes Im using the crack version, too lazy to mail Adobe Support cause it takes hella lot of question before they even give you another License Code anyways you can also Opt for Gimp if you dont digg photoshop personally I use Gimp alot more than PS Gimp is very user friendly
