The key is to open the doorway that the aliens (in another area of the well) are guarding.
Must be lvl 20+, and make sure you have a good team with you. You WILL have to fight the ET, one wind one fire, both lvl 70 if I remember right. Once inside, you will see elin. Make sure you have her clothes with you (maid's clothes, gotten in the first building in holy, also where roca is taken away by guards)
