First point to be made is this after 163rb exp caps DO NOT work the same the most any exp cap can give is 200k exp per 1% at 163 rb you need more than 200k exp per 1%, this gets worse as charcter levels.
And with highest mobs about being 151 in shark warehouse AND training island when a charcter reachs 171 gonna 'run' into the 'exp barrier'. So in my opinion the only way to actually get exp training is thru 'debuff' training with e con
