I don't know how much points i should put on agi, con and str.. now what i got is:

At lvl 81rb i think Good wind knight should have :
- Agi 300
- Con 125
- Wis " Stop when you get alll wis skills" it's 39 i guess..
- INT 0 or more if you need to unlock a skill
And put rest in STR ! (:
That's a normal wind knight build, But if you want for Pk then you should add more Agi but if you want a good pk wind knight then it wont be much helpful in quests.

but in your opinion, what will i finish adding first? str or agi? :)

You need 65 Str and 124 Agi to get the last Wind Hidden Skill. So you still need to added 14 more points of Str and 24 points of Agi. So if it were me I would add the 14 points to Str then add everything after that to Agi, before and after RB.
So your stats should look like this:
Str 65
Con 70
Int 7
Wis 50
Agi Everything else just keep piling it on.

Sorry but most Wind Knights don't have "big damage". If you want more damage you will have to sacrifice Agi for Str, and make up for the loss in speed with equipment and riding pet and saddle(which Knights get a bonus for).

Yes it should be. By the way there is really no wrong way to make a character if you like the outcome. She is your creation so have fun with her, everyone has their own opinion and it is just that, an opinion. I make Hybrids and most people think that is stupid, but do you think I care? I have fun with the game.

If You want Your Wind to be a Good Attacker with High Damage then i recommend you to reduce AGI and add more STR and Get a Swift Saddle to recover your SPD because in my openion best thing about winds are their spd ! :)
Plus if you use Swift Saddle with Wind Knights it absorbs 1/2 of the riding pet not 1/3 so , if your pet got 1000 Spd you will take 500 Spd from it not 300 as normal. :)

For winds' assistant skills it's 49 wis and 7 int.

Wind knights' capes get 2x spd and even more spd when riding a pet, even without a saddle. But if you have a saddle 1/2(Yes its 1/2 for wind knight) of that pets spd will be added to yours. I'm not gonna get too off topic put most ppl make wind knights for their JS.

what would i do if i wanted to make it a knight but i want it to be a mage should i trade str with int?

Yeah. basically, but note that not all knights/winds have to have alot of agi/speed, but being a wind is speed, so it's natural,
