I'm not saying we don't care about it I was asking you to show me where you got your information from so we know what the actual laws are not someone's interpretation of them. Just because we are not jumping out of our seats to run and make a disclaimer like you suggested does not mean that we do not care. We simply want to have ALL of the information before we make any decisions or take any action.

§ 1470. Transfer of obscene material to minors

Whoever, using the mail or any facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce, knowingly transfers obscene matter to another individual who has not attained the age of 16 years, knowing that such other individual has not attained the age of 16 years, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

A) We do not ask for the ages of our members so basically we do not know if you are over the age of 16 of under.
B)'knowingly transfers obscene matter to another individual who has not attained the age of 16 years' - What was this site made for? It was made contain information regarding the game Wonderland Online. The forum of the site was created to answer questions realted to Wonderland Online that are not answered in the information we have already provided. It is also a place to meet and get to know other players of Wonderland Online from all servers. There isn't any time that this site ever has or will have obscene material posted on it with the knowledge of the admins.

If I'm not looking in the right place to get this information you are free to point me in the right direction. But this is the information I have found so far.
