According to some posts on the WL Forum from people who still or have played the original Wonderland Online: Chinesegamer has been delaying updates to the original and started focusing their attentions to their latest moneymaker: Norn Saber. Norn Saber is a game that looks ALOT like WLO. It even reuses a lot of the regions as well as pets and other sprites. To those who do not know Chinesegamer is the original maker of Wonderland Online. What happens there will one day happen with our own version.

This will effect our own version's updates if the original is getting little to no new updates but i doubt it would mean the game would shut down. It just means there won't be big new changes really. At least for awhile. I doubt they will abandon the game.

I guess we just have to wait and see. If the original WLO is shut down then you can worry all you want. Because whatever happens to the original WL will one day happen to ours. But as you can see, the original is still up and running. I wouldn't worry about it yet. We only recently got this latest update. If the game shuts down (which I doubt most highly) it's not the end of the world. We can always find some other game to spend loads of time and money on right? :P Maybe IGG or some other company will be allowed to translate Norn Saber into english then many of us can play it xD.
