well i would say qlaya is weaker than roca(i think)(hence of course definitely weaker than Fred,Elin and Kanako) but she seems stronger than shasha to me(at least for now)
its not easy to compare , so think about this and compare ur self^.^
=>lvl 3 Qlaya needed about 4-5 hits to kill troll guarding the south island(remember her skills are not maxed)
