There are two places I know to get her back. Perhaps a third I am not sure on the third one though.

Kelan Village Leader House (where you got her the first time)
Outside Kelan Caves (If her father has died)

Under the church (I am not sure about this one. But perhaps if you were in the middle of the quest)
