Two possible fixes:

1. Give the WL folder Admin control:
Left Click on the folder > Properties > Security > Edit > Tick "Full Control" - if you're using OS in another language than English, it should be the first option, I believe.

2. Run compatibility mode, Wonderland Online is notorious for preferring older Windows operating systems - You most likely will have most success when you run it as Windows 7 compatibility.
