I can't say for sure, however there is no burst, their economy is stable and they haven't been hit by the duping glitch which has basically killed the NA/EU servers even more.
They also have some newer stuff but in the long run it depends on what you like and whether you'll like that version or not depends on yourself. If you're curious about it, go try it out, it doesn't hurt to.

uhhh, are you referring to the mobile wlo? cause we were talking about chinese wlo (pc version) and there's burst in there
