That toy is used to auto-training when you're offline. One toy can be used for 4 hours (240 mins). If you see, outside Kelan Village and Holy Village, there are big wood pilars. You can go there and use it, or just use it wherever you are and it takes you automatically, just watch out the red letters. LVL 5 is for Kelan and LVL25 is for Holy Village.

And there is more than one server. I'm not sure how many there are, I think around 5 servers. You can probe this by watching the players that are is the same map that you (image 11, people in the area botton). I know this because I tried to look my bro character to train together and it was a pain in the ass. ^T

I'm not sure how to get snow ears, but I think it's by buying IM gems.

Also, there aren't mini games. :(

Btw, if you're playing, I recommend to play PK, cuz if you win you can get IM points or even better things.
