Alright, so: I'm not sure about the quest yet, I haven't gone to the island for the treasure yet. Maybe the quest tracker has more info on it? Not sure what triggers it first of all, or if you have to do any pre-q. I'll research a bit on that and tell you what I can find.

It's called a Treasure Key, <task props>, Rank: 0
"Defeat lvl 10 and above monsters for a chance to get. The key is used to open the treasure on the island." - something like this, although, it says it's a key of "access?". Although, I do suppose it's to actually open the chest itself.

Second item is called the Governor's official seal, <task props>, Rank: 1
(well, the description of the item is a bit vague) "The official seal representing the governor's identity, that has engraved the words 'Governor of Zhennan'". - something like that
