Farming tools help a lot. I knew someone who made a non-burst team or two of 3 fires and 1 water (or maybe 4 fires) and trained them all the way up to 100 just for fun. I'd rather burst my slaves haha
The highest I got my slaves were level 48-50 before I decided I wanted to burst them but I built them all wrong for either bursting, grinding or collecting so they just permanently stayed in chickens, pines and beetles... Oops.
Good money maker with all the vines, fruit, chicken and seeds though. I never ran out of food for my rebirths
Roca is definitely the way you want to go because she hits so hard and often has enough hp but unless scrolling you need a decent amount of agi to combo with her. Plus farmers use bows a lot and xaolan doesn't have much str to effectively use a bow
