Virgo is good in the sense that the prices aren't so rigged as Aries, and if by chance you are a user of vertical and horizontal integration, you will be most likely to succeed financially.
In other words, you can be a boss easily.
There are plenty of guilds out in virgo that can help you lvl up and stuff, and considering that I play there, I'm sure I can help you with whatever quest I can.
As for events, I don't believe 20rc is much of a necessity considering the fact that most players cannot beat the 20rc even at lvl 140+ rb, other events aren't very good either. If anything though, I'd recommend you at least give it a try to see how it is there in virgo, you could create a burst team easily and level up and sell burst later, and such, it's really one of the most easiest servers to play in. Unless you're an im-hungry betch, then you'd find a really hard time buying Im for a reasonable price and would not enjoy it. Other than that, I would say you won't regret your stay.
